ILOVETONY

ILOVETONY is a genre-defying artist whose identity is built around constant evolution. Never interested in staying in one lane for long, his music has moved through wildly different sounds and scenes while maintaining the same instinct to experiment, transform, and push into unfamiliar territory.

Born in Guatemala and raised in Milford, Massachusetts, he began his career as Tony Wavez, first developing his sound through R&B before moving into the heavier worlds of trap metal and alternative rock. Each shift became less of a departure from what came before and more of an extension of an artist unwilling to let genre dictate what he could create.

Now performing as ILOVETONY, he enters another era entirely, turning toward techno and techno house and bringing the same restless approach to electronic music. Rather than treating reinvention as a one-time change in direction, ILOVETONY has made it central to the project itself.

That unpredictability has become his signature. There is no guarantee that two consecutive releases will occupy the same genre—or even the same corner of music. R&B, distorted guitars, aggressive trap, and late-night club music can all exist within the same catalog because the connecting thread isn't a particular sound; it's the person making it.
